The following terms and conditions apply to all venues operated by Brucan Pubs at the time of redemption, referred to hereafter as The Group.

The list of venues we operate may change with little or no notice, you should always inform the venue of your specific offer redemption at the point of booking to ensure it is still valid.

Brucan Pubs reserve the right to change the terms and conditions across all offers and promotions without notice.

Friends of Brucan Loyalty Rewards

By signing up to our marketing database you will automatically be added to our Loyalty Rewards program ‘Friends of Brucan’ (FoB).

In return for your valued loyalty, we will contact you from time to time with offers, promotions and discounts which we feel may be of interest and benefit to you based on the data we collect from your visits.

All Loyalty offers are sent to you via email and held in your ‘Airship Wallet’.
You may access this at any time by clicking on one of our FoB specific emails or bookmarking the website to your device.
All current vouchers will show in your wallet, expired or not earned vouchers will be greyed out.
To redeem your offer simply show the voucher to your server at time of paying.
Your voucher is a one-time code with live countdown and once redeemed will time out in 20 second and cannot be viewed again
Do not view or redeem your voucher code unless you are ready to present it to a member of the team
Screen shots, photos or copies of voucher screens will not be accepted.
We cannot extend, renew or view previously redeemed vouchers

1 - Sign-Up Reward - Welcome to Friends of Brucan

24 hours after signing up to FoB, you will receive a welcome email from us offering a free pint of draught or cask beer or a 175ml glass of house wine, welcoming you as a ‘Friend of Brucan’, to redeem this offer simply click ‘redeem voucher’ when ordering your drink to receive your onetime unique voucher code.

2 – Happy Birthday

One month prior to your birthday we will email you a birthday treat as a Friend of Brucan. Valid for the 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after your DOB this offer entitles you to a complimentary bottle of house fizz, to redeem this offer simply click ‘redeem voucher’ when ordering to receive your onetime unique voucher code.

3 – We’ve Missed You

Based on the frequency of your Wi-Fi logs ins and digital presence we are notified if a guest has not visited for 6 months. In this instance you will receive a ‘We Have Missed You’ email prompting a return visit to remind you of how much you love our pub with a discount on your food bill for a table of up to 4 people including children.

4 - Periodic Offers

As a member of Friends of Brucan you will receive periodic emails with offers and vouchers to reward your loyalty. The number of offers received will depend on the frequency of your visits, the more you visit, the more rewards you will receive.

Offers cannot be used on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
You must mention The Offer at the time of booking or ordering to receive your discount.
A live offer code must be presented when paying the bill. No code, no discount.
The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, online orders, fixed-price set menus or function menus, theme evenings, supper clubs or Christmas and New Year set menus.
Only one Offer redemption is allowed per table per bill transaction. Split bills will not be counted as multiple transactions in this instance. One redemption per visit is permitted.
The Offer may be specific to one venue and may not be available at all our venues – check specific offers for details.
The Offer cannot be used with a takeaway order.

Available Monday-Thursday, Lunch and Dinner.
The Offer can be used for tables of up to 6 people per table.
Drinks ordered must be from the house cocktail list and are subject to stock availability.
Offer available on our A La Carte menu only.
Offer not available on Set Lunch or any other promotions.

Enjoy 2 courses from our Set Lunch menu for two guests and receive a complimentary glass of Folc English Rosé

Available Monday-Friday at lunchtime only.
The Offer can be used for tables of up to 2 people per table.
The Offer is facilitated using our Set Lunch menu options for which some supplements apply as denoted by an * on the menu.
One 125ml glass of Folc English Rosé per guest will be served upon arrival.
Drink can be substituted for a soft drink but not for alternative alcoholic beverages.

Butchers Thursday - Enjoy two hanger steaks or a Beef brisket and bone marrow pie for two and receive a complimentary bottle of house Malbec

Available all day on Thursdays, lunch and dinner.
One bottle of house Malbec per voucher redeemed.
The Offer can be used for 2 guests only with only one voucher code per bill redeemable.
Offer available on our A La Carte menu only.
Offer not available on Set Lunch or any other promotions.

Beat the Boss - Grab the dice and roll your discount!
Odd numbers pay in full.
Even numbers receive a 30% discount on your entire bill.
Roll a Double Six and the entire bill is on us!

Available Monday-Saturday, Lunch and Dinner.
Offer cannot be redeemed in advance of dining, your table must be finished and ready to vacate at time of redemption.
The Offer can be used for tables of up to 4 people per table, inclusive of children.
Offer available on our A La Carte menu only.
Offer not available on Set Lunch or any other promotions.
Only one roll of the dice per voucher code will be permitted.

Enjoy a 3-course dinner for two people including a bottle of house wine for £80

Available Monday-Friday at dinner time only.
The Offer can be used for 2 guests only with only one voucher code per bill redeemable.
The Offer is facilitated using our Set Lunch menu options for which some supplements apply as denoted by an * on the menu.
One bottle of house red, white or rose wine per couple will be served.

Order any Shellfish Saturday platter and receive complimentary upgrade to a full bottle of Folc Sparkling Rose

Available Saturdays only at The Greene Oak, The White Oak and The Greyhound only.
The Offer can be used for 2 guests only with only one voucher code per bill redeemable.
The Offer is facilitated using our Shellfish Saturday menu options.
One bottle of Folc English Sparkling Rose will be served in lieu of and as a complimentary upgrade from the regular promotional offer of 2 glasses available to all guests.

Email Offers, Periodic Promotions and Discounts

Throughout the year The Group may contact you via email or social media with periodic offers, discounts and promotions as part of our annual marketing schedule {Collectively known as The Offer}.

The Offer can be used for tables of up to 6 people including children.
The Offer cannot be used on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
Offer Specific Terms and Conditions may apply – always read the offer collateral carefully.
You must mention The Offer at the time of booking in order to receive your discount.
The Offer or voucher (digital or physical) must be presented when paying the bill. No asset, no discount.
The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, online orders, fixed-price set menus or function menus, theme evenings, supper clubs or Christmas and New Year set menus.
Only one Offer redemption is allowed per table per bill transaction.

The Offer Emails cannot be used with a takeaway order.

Kid’s Eat Free Promotions

Are limited to times started in marketing collateral
Apply to the Children’s Menu only
Maximum 2 children per full paying adult
Maximum 12 years of age of for children redeeming

Third Party Vouchers

From time to time The Group may engage third party marketing companies to offer vouchers, discounts or incentives to their database of guests to dine in our venues.

Please advise our team of your voucher type and PIN when making your reservation.

All monies paid for any third-party vouchers remain with those agents until the point of redemption. The Group cannot offer refunds or extensions on any third-party vouchers.

The Group reserves the right to terminate all third-party agreements without notice and accept no liability for losses incurred as a result.
