Bar Team

  • Setting up the bar, taking pride in a well presented and prepared environment
  • Greeting guests, taking orders and serving drinks
  • Ensure the safe and responsible standards of bar service are delivered

Floor Team

  • Setting and maintaining the pub and dining room ready to warmly welcome guests
  • Delivering great hospitality from greeting to departure and all the steps in between
  • Understanding the guest’s needs and ensuring their happiness as the person delivering food and drink
  • Communicating with colleagues to deliver this as part of a team
  • Training in food and beverage knowledge and service to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain a safe and responsible working environment

Supervisor

  • Confident product knowledge and operational expertise
  • Point of contact for customers and colleagues
  • Setting the professional example and standards for other staff
  • Further training in the products, software, processes and systems that are required for successful operations
  • Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
  • Leading the team through training, mentoring and experienced guidance
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve daily challenges

Apprentices, Kitchen Assistants and Chef de Partie

  • Following skilled cookery methods to ensure food is prepared correctly and efficiently

Sous Chef
